Oil-rich Libya has been having a hard time getting production back up to the levels prior to the brutal, NATO-led regime-change operation against Muammar Gaddafi. But the reopening of a major oil field after ten years should give output a boost. It’s hoped that the Mabruk site will be pumping out 25,000 barrels a day come July.
