The racist, Islamophobic, and anti-migrant riots in England and the British-occupied North of Ireland have exposed that the rot runs right up to the top. In this clip, British MP Robert Jenrick, who was Minister of State for Immigration (2022 – 2023), expresses surprise that people weren’t thrown into jail for shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ during earlier pro-Palestinian rallies. During a Sky News interview on the recent riots, Jenrick accused the police of treating the racist thugs harshly compared with how they handled past pro-Palestinian protesters. This man is in the running to become the new opposition Tory party leader. Let that sink in: ‘Allahu Akbar’ means ‘God is great’ in Arabic and he wants to criminalise it. He’s defended himself by claiming he wasn’t referring to Muslims who use the term ‘peacefully and spiritually’ – only to those who use it ‘aggressively.’ So much for freedom of speech and freedom of worship UK which are meant to be protected by The Human Rights Act is a UK law passed in 1998.
